Mozzarella Tomatoe Green Pesto Chicken – Walking My Way To Fitness, Health & Weight Loss…

I was going to stay shopping weekly, but after stocking up, I have decided to go out & get the ingredients for dinner each day. I look up a recipe for the days dinner, write a shopping list & walk to Aldi’s. I get about a 30 minutes walk…

If you walk for 30 minutes {Extra to your normal routine} each day for, plus do 3x 15 minutes strength training each week, for 4 weeks, you will drop a dress size. Obviously with exercise, you get results if you keep ‘Changing’ your exercise, increasing the time, increasing the intensity, doing different exercises, so you use different muscles. Otherwise you end up maintaining the results from the exercise you was doing…

In the first week of my weight loss journey, I done 30 minutes Wii fit. In the second week I have added a 30 minute walk. Next week I am going to increase my walking. I would like to eventually do 90 minutes walking each day, I want to get fit to start hiking. Hiking burns lots of calories. Walking on grass, sand or snow burns more calories…

I am going to put my chicken breast, topped with pesto, tomatoe & grated mozzarella, in my slow cook pot…

Baked potatoes in the oven by ‘cooking with out limits’

I forgot how easy & tasty baked potatoes are. A cheap, healthy, filling meal too…

I love to bake unpeeled potatoes in the oven. Crispy on the outside and soft in the middle, you get a perfect baked potato served cracked open and still steaming. You can have it with butter and salt, cheese, baked beans or chili sauce. Any filling is good, vegetarian or not.

You can baked them when you come from work. Put some potatoes in the oven and then just carry on with your after work routine.

The best potatoes for baking in the oven are Russets. The skin is thicker and the interior is starchy.

Ingredients:

  • Russet potatoes (the same size)
  • Salt
  • Fresh ground pepper

Instructions:

Heat the oven at 200 degrees C. Turn on the oven while you are washing the potatoes. Sprinkle salt and pepper on each potato. Prick the potatoes in a few places with a fork. Bake the potatoes on the oven rack or place them…

Café Mocha Overnight Oats…

Ohh! Wow! I am so going to try this…

you’ll be needing these for café mocha overnight oats:

  • 35g of oats (healthy extra)

  • 1 Muller Yoghurt vanilla with chocolate sprinkles

  • 1 banana (now, if you’re sensible, mash it in a bowl like a normal person, but if you’re Captain Anal when it comes to tweaking, smash it up in your teeth and then spit it into the jar, because you know, that makes a difference to the syns…well maybe if you’re a fucking sparrow)

  • a good cup of instant coffee, stronger the better

you’ll need to do this:

  • mix up your oats with the yoghurt and put into the jar

  • top with the mashed banana

  • take your cup of instant coffee and dribble a tablespoon or two into the jar

  • top with a few granules of coffee

  • mix it all together like a bad-ass and put it in the fridge to enjoy in the morning.

You can make this just as strong as you like. The banana adds a bit of sweetness, the coffee adds a pick-me-up. Better made with decent coffee mind, a cup of Mellow Birds isn’t going to cut the mustard!

There are lots of other recipes for overnight oats. I might just start having overnight oats as my sweet treat…
